Delivery methods:

• InPost Paczkomat (parcel locker)
• InPost courier
• DPD courier

Delivery takes 2–3 business days from dispatch.

European Union

We deliver to every EU country with DPD, GLS, UPS. Delivery time depends on the destination and is confirmed by e-mail when the order is accepted.

Outside the EU

Possible after arrangement — write to shop@palkdot.com before ordering. Customs duties and import taxes in the destination country are paid by the customer.

Shipping cost

The exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout, before you confirm and pay for the order. It depends on the delivery method and the destination.

Packaging and damage

Every parcel is packed for transport and insured. If the parcel arrives visibly damaged, you may open it in the presence of the courier and ask for a damage report — this is not a condition of any claim, it only makes the carrier claim easier. Report transport damage to shop@palkdot.com with photos of the item and of the outer packaging.
