We ship from Warsaw, Poland.

Poland

Delivery methods:

• InPost or Orlen parcel locker (Paczkomat)
• InPost courier
• DPD courier

We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 1–2 business days from dispatch.

European Union

We deliver to every EU country with DPD, GLS, UPS. We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 3–5 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination.

Outside the EU

We ship worldwide. If your country is available at checkout, the cost is shown there; if it is not, write to shop@palkdot.com before ordering. Customs duties and import taxes in the destination country are paid by the customer.

Shipping cost

Poland: InPost or Orlen parcel locker — 10 zł, free on orders from 300 zł. Courier to your door — 30 zł.

European Union: free delivery on orders over €100. Below that, the cost depends on the destination and the delivery method.

The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout, before you confirm and pay for the order.

Packaging and damage

Every parcel is packed for transport and insured. If the parcel arrives visibly damaged, you may open it in the presence of the courier and ask for a damage report — this is not a condition of any claim, it only makes the carrier claim easier. Report transport damage to shop@palkdot.com with photos of the item and of the outer packaging.
