A bike deserves better than a nail in the wall
I started Palkdot because I couldn't find a bike mount I wanted in my own living room. What I found were plastic hooks and bulky garage brackets. So I made one from wood.
I'm an engineer, and Palkdot is a one-person workshop in Warsaw. I cut, sand and finish every mount by hand, then pack and ship it myself.
What I make
Palk is a wall mount: two round bars, and the bike rests on them by its frame. Solid beech in a natural, dark or black finish, or chrome-plated steel. 30 or 40 cm, depending on your handlebar width.
VOID is a floor stand with a clear acrylic body. It holds the bike upright by the tire, so the bike stays in full view and off the wall.
Made in small batches
Everything is made by hand in small batches in Warsaw. Beech varies from piece to piece, so no two mounts look exactly the same. If you need a non-standard finish or length, write to me before ordering.
